Our Services

  • Our landscape architectural design is focused on creating outdoor spaces for people and beautifying private and institutional environments. We evaluate the preferred function of the space and the desired experience for the user to develop design concepts. We are always working collaboratively with clients and their identified stakeholders and designs continue to evolve and provide solutions to identified issues. Our designs include:

    • Gathering spaces

    • Outdoor learning/engagement

    • Healing environments

    • Community development

    • Unique outdoor spaces

    • Sustainability/drought tolerant plantings

    • Ease of maintenance/durability

  • A master plan defines the land use plan for the site. It delineates the immediate site utilization and can outline longer-term or future phase site usage. Working with community members and other stakeholders is key in this phase to hear their voices related to needs and wants, while always balancing against project parameters and budget. Our master planning approach includes:

    • Engaging stakeholders

    • Gathering and analyzing relevant data

    • Identifying and defining options

    • Clarifying priorities

    • Outlining a plan to move forward

    • Creating tools to manage/track future projects

  • Determining the feasibility of a project is often the first step required by owners. This critical phase will determine the viability of a project and includes the development of an initial concept and accurate budget. Our feasibility studies typically include:

    • Project Description

    • Existing Conditions Report

    • Project Considerations & Concept

    • Budget

    • Preliminary Schedule

    • Recommendations
