About The Project

The development of the exclusive Stonebrae community demanded a landscape design that would complement its stunning views of San Francisco, San Jose, and a nearby golf course. MTWgroup was selected to provide comprehensive landscape plans for the model homes in this gated community, which encompasses several hundred custom and standard homes.

A significant aspect of the project was the extensive permitting process required for the development and landscape for each individual home. MTWgroup coordinated closely with city inspectors to ensure that every home met precise specifications and adhered to stringent landscape and irrigation guidelines.

The landscape design had to balance customization with practicality. MTWgroup created tailored landscape plans that incorporated low-water usage and carefully selected plantings for each property. Despite the need for efficiency, each plan was adapted to the unique features of the lot and the specifications of the individual home.

Model home landscapes were designed to captivate prospective homeowners, enhancing the allure of the sweeping bay views.
